Do you deliver anywhere in the world?

We offer worldwide shipping and can deliver to almost any country. Just choose your destination when placing your order.

What is your shipping policy?

Can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is confirmed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, allowing you to track your order's progress.

I had to provide my telephone number when placing my order, what will this be used for?

Your telephone number is used solely for shipping purposes. If you've selected a trackable shipping service, the courier will use your number to contact you in case there are any issues with the delivery.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Additionally, if you've customized or pre-ordered an item, the delivery might take a bit longer.

Delivery Time Outside Lebanon (with DHL Express): Cannot be guaranteed

The shoes I want are out of stock, when will they be available?

If the shoes you want are out of stock, you can still place a pre-order by contacting us. You can also customize any item you need.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & American Express. Cash on delivery is available for all orders within Lebanon.

Can I return or exchange items?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of purchase within Lebanon & 15 days internationally, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Yes, we offer custom design services. Contact us with your specifications, and our team will assist in creating something unique for you.

How should I care for my dancewear?

To maintain the quality of your dancewear, we recommend hand-washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing the garments.
