Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

However, if you find yourself not entirely satisfied, we encourage you to review our amended refund and exchange policy. We are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and will strive to cater to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours or before the order has been dispatched.
Replacement Policy
We will replace your order if you received the wrong product, the product is defective, the product was damaged in shipping, or the item was not delivered on the agreed time. Replacements are subject to you contacting us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Domestic Orders (Lebanon)
- Returns for a full refund are approved only if you received the wrong product, the product is defective, it was damaged during shipping, or delivery was not made within the agreed time frame.
- Returns for other reasons are accepted within 10 days for a refund as store credit only. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation email. Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are available within 10 days. The items must be in new, unworn condition.
International Orders
- Returns for a full refund are approved under the same conditions as domestic orders.
- For other reasons, international returns are accepted within 15 days for a refund as store credit only. Customers are responsible for return postage, shipping, and any customs charges.
- Exchanges are available within 15 days. The items must be returned in new, unworn condition.

For all returns and exchanges, customers must provide a tracking number to info@lesmourad.com. Les Mourad is not liable for packages lost in transit that are not sent by us. Refunds as store credit will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will receive email confirmation with the details.
Customizations
We offer customizations for each customer's request. Please note the following regarding customized products:
- Customizations may take up to 4-6 weeks to be manufactured.
- Once a customized order is placed, no amendments can be made to the order after 1-3 business days.
- Customized products are not returnable.
